After many wonderful years of bringing families and friends together to enjoy a magical Christmas here at Oxwich Bay Hotel, it is with a heavy heart that we announce that we will no longer be hosting our Santa by the Beach experience.
This has been one of the most difficult decisions that we have ever had to make, in more than 65 years, and it was certainly not taken lightly. Despite welcoming record numbers of guests in recent years, the continued rise in operating costs, particularly during the festive season, has made it impossible for us to continue delivering our Santa experience to the standard our guests have come to expect.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank every guest who has been part of this truly special tradition over the past 25 years. It has been a privilege to create so many cherished memories and to share in the excitement, joy and magic of Christmas with generations of families.
The Santa experience has been a much-loved part of our festive celebrations, and we will always look back fondly on the countless smiles, laughter, and special moments it created.
